I had reserved a jumping castle a month prior to the date of my children's birthday party. I told JumpMaxx I lived in Red Rock, AZ and they said they would need to charge a $30 delivery fee along with the fee for the castle which I thought was fair. Two days before the party they called to inform me that the particular castle I ordered had ripped at a party and there was no way to fix it in time for my party. I asked if they would consider giving me an upgrade, but they had none available for me. What they did was provide a list of the castles they had left to choose from and said they would waive the $30 delivery fee for the inconvenience. I wasn't happy with the selections that were left, but was glad they were going to waive the delivery fee. When they came to deliver the castle to the park, they called me on my cell phone and said they were trying to find someone from the party to guide them where to put. Just when I was going to answer the question and guide them where exactly to go, they said, ""Never mind, I found someone"" and hung up on me. Next thing I know, I received a call from a family member that the guys from JumpMaxx decided to leave. When I called them to find out why they left, they said that the person they found from the party didn't know where the castle was supposed to go. I asked why they didn't call me back so I could direct them and they said that they tried calling me back, but couldn't get a hold of me. I NEVER received any phone calls when they were claiming to call me. I could not believe they were lying. I honestly believe that the reason why they lied, was because they were trying to get out of driving all the way back to Red Rock to pick up the castle, especially when the delivery fee had been waived. I was so stunned at the level of professionalism by this company. I will never use them again in the future. I had close to 50 people attend my party and I made it known what this company had done. All my guests are also going to spread the word to never use JumpMaxx.
