Jumping Jacks Stereo

Hands down one of the easiest business owners to work with locally. Offering top notch service, knowledgeable advice, and very fair pricing. No guess work or shades of gray here. If what I want isn't an option these guys won't just sell me whatever for a job I won't be happy with. For one or two of the minor issues that have popped up unexpectedly I was treated very fairly and an immediate resolution was offered with or with out additional options that may ot may not have cost me a few extra dollars in the end. Which in my opinion is worth it for me in the long run because I've never felt dissatisfied or treated poorly ever!!! I highly recommend Jumping Jack's stereo as they have earned my business along with my respect on all levels!!! A+++ more

I Have dealt with Jack himself for over 20 years and so has all of North Babylon ,West Babylon,West Islip and all surrounding areas the store is clean serviceable and sets a very pleasant comfortable atmosphere where jack himself will welcome you to sit and wait and enjoy a movie while waiting for your vehicle, cozy to say the least rather hospitable almost unheard of nowadays . The business is owner operated and has been forever which means there is no funny business going on , Jack will patiently spend and hour with a customer to make sure they are getting what they want and are both happy with the purchase price and equipment they are interested in purchasing he is one of a kind dedicated for over 25 years of pleasing people as myself family and friends . I have had every vehicle in my family and all other acquaintances and friends worked on for and have never encountered any problems . Jack has and continues to employ quality trained professionals that have also worked for the business for 20 years , they actually go above and beyond to remedy issues or problems that may not even pertain to their work at hand .I want everyone to know they the mechanics go the distance to make sure all work is that is done looks as if it was their from the first day your car was purchased , totally original not quantity, quality is what Jumping Jacks is about and that is why they have been in business for 25 years .I Have had numerous sets of windows tinted and 20 years later no fading no bubbles just excellence when you use great quality equipment you get what you pay for and jack always uses quality equipment he doesn't waste his time with imitations there is only one jumping jacks stereo and the reason why is here in business today and for a long time to come . I don't know if anyone realizes this but jack is involved in the community also with sports for years he is known throughout all of Suffolk as an upstanding business owner and give back to his community he hosts movie night at his store for the public outside once the weather gets nice again like and old fashioned drive thru and no cost to the community he drives a van out and sets up two of his awesome flat screens for all to view and enjoy . I work in retail and its not easy to make everyone happy all the time again i have never come across some one like jack that Will go above and beyond no matter what it takes to make the public happy . I could write a small book about jumping jacks to say the least and i would call it happiness be cause i have see an enormous amount of happy customers walk out of jumping jacks with giant smiles on and that's the feeling i get whenever i have any dealing or recommend anyone there . I hope that everyone can realize when u deal with a mom and pop store like jumping jacks your basically guaranteed to walk out with a smile and ultimate satisfaction with your products you purchased or jack will make sure you are and resolve any issues . Jack is again one of the most pleasant people i have encountered in this lifetime and will be a legend if hes not already in retail business world and is continuing everyday to be the best there is only one jumping jack and by far he is the man and don't forget that I never will .Jacks also installs home surveillance flat screens and home theaters which i have also had the pleasure to enjoy my family adores him and wants to go down all the time and visit him and all are always welcome with open arms by Jack himself . more

so i went to jumping jacks got automatic start for my car. 10 months later it starts the car but the heat does not work. i bring it to my mechanic who tells me there is nothing wrong with the heat it has to be the auto start that might be messed up. ok then i decide to get a new stereo and speakers for my car & fix the auto start. when i bring it to jumping jacks the owner Jack helps me, talks me into a clarion deck and speakers. i set an appointment and drop it off. when i pick it up the next day im listening to it and something doesnt sound right so i bring it back, have him get in my car and he says yea it sounds bad. we decide to swap out the deck and speakers. i set another appointment 2 weeks later. i drop off my car and get a phone call the next day that i should come down and listen to it..he says it sounds fine i dont think we need to swap anything out. i drive down there and when i get there the tech already took the deck out. so i drove there for nothing. he apolopgizes and im like ok. i tell him i dont care i had it for 2 weeks it doesnt sound good i just want it swapped i dont have time to keep driving back and forth here. then he tells me well i dont have time to do the swap for the speakers when they sound fine. who tells a customer that. when orgianally he suggested the swap bc the sound was / is so bad.. now bc they don't have time its sounds good! the fact that he made the appointment for that day and now he doesnt have time. they are very unprofessional and all they do is yes you to death there is no knowledge there. so now i have a new deck same crappy speakers and same crappy auto start. i would tell anyone thinking of getting anything for your car to avoid jumping jacks at all cost it is not worth the cheap price and wasted time. I gave it one star only because it has to have a rating to publish this review. they dont even deserve one star. more

I went to Jumping Jack's Stereo to price out a new stereo and wireless remote start for my car. Decent prices but decided not to purchase anything for my car. more
