Jumpin' Castle

i'm giving the place 3 starts b/c it's clean and my son loves it and has a wonderful time. The owner however is RUDE and IGNORANT, hands down. I""m sorry, but accusing a parent of being a pedophile for taking photos?? Mr. Mom should have called the 6 pm news on her. I""ve gone to the museum, zoo, bounce u, wildwood highlands , park, etc. w/a camera and have never heard such a thing. And, furthermore, when are cameras prohibited from children's play areas??? She was extremely rude to my friend and I as we were signing it. I didnt have 5 seconds to pull my socks out of my bag before she rudely pointed to me and said ""you're not going in there with those shoes on."" OUr friends spent $300 on their son's b day party - only for her to say ""tick tock, let's get this on the road"" 1/2 hour before the party was over. Tick tock? are you kidding me? they knew when the party was supposed to be over and had every intentions of leaving on time. This woman should keep her nose in the books and let her staff run things. She lacks the most basic of customer service and people skills. I would never recommend her for ANYTHING child related. Again, I've gone there only b/c my son has a good time. One of these days someone is going to spit in her face and she deserves it! more

The only reason why I have given this place one star is because the place is clean!!! I have 4 children and have been to probably every fun spot and restaurant that is in western Pennsylvania. These people are rude rude rude. I have heard many complaints of the same experience. I have been there at least 8 times and I really want to like this place but the staff is rude, not all but most and the older woman which I have been disrespected by numerous times, is in fact the OWNER. more

Came here a few weeks ago with my daughter and 2 sons. It is very clean, which is nice compared to other places in the area. There were things for each of my children to do, which was great because they are so far apart (10, 5, 11 months). The staff was EXTREMELY kind and informative, making me feel safe to have my kids there. They have security cameras, everything is visible and there are no places for my children to hide. There is even a door that can only be unlocked by the staff behind the desk, making sure no crazy people can come in.( see above article ;) In my opinion the guy seems like a complete nut job. The people there were trying to make sure every child in there was protected The owner seemed completly fine with me taking pictures, making me assume that the man was abusing his privilages). We booked my sons party here and we can not wait!!!! more

Nice place, clean, lots of things to keep the kids busy. The attitude and conduct of the owner is enough reason to avoid this place however. Pros: Clean, lots of stuff for the kids to do, nice staff Cons: Utterly Horrible Owner more
