When you're in the business of clothing - especially expensive clothing that requires dry cleaning, you would think they would hold their work to a higher standard (espcially at their prices!). My review is based solely on principle. I received my suit jacket back with a broken button. I can easily replace this, but the way the owner chose to handle the situation is unprofessional and unfortunate.\r

Upon inquiring about replacing the buttons, I was told I could bring in my own purchased buttons and they would sew them on for free. When I asked about getting reimbursed for the cost (as this is not my fault) I was simply told this was not part of the policy (a policy I asked to see in writing - and oddly, doesn't even physically exist). I also asked if there was a copy of a document that I had signed waiving their responsibility for ""casualties"" such as buttons - that too, does not exist. \r

When I asked the owner if he he would share with me how he would feel if he were in my shoes he beat around the bush, and stated he could not answer that. I ALL FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS - but Julian's is an absolute exception for me. Needless to say, I will NOT be taking my business there again.
