Julia is a sweet lady and professional seamstress. I always go to her first for my alterations from jeans to dresses. She gets it done on time and done right! Pros: talented seamstress, quick, reasonable price Cons: parking on lincoln rd, not a major deal though more

Horrible rude person who answered the phone 5/23/2007

I did not use Julia Nares so I can't speak for the quality of alterations as whomever I spoke with on the phone to get some basic information was incredibly rude and had me on speaker phone so I could hardly hear anything she said. I'm surprised that the person I spoke with could be so uncourteous on the phone to a potential customer. I described the dress I would like altered and asked her for a price range and an estimated time frame, neither of which she would provide (even a range) and then pretty much hung up on me.
