I was in front of Judge Gannon in January '08 for a civil matter. I found him to be intelligent, fair and completely attentive to every detail of the case. Not only did he treat me fairly as a woman, he treated me even more fairly as a pro-se litigant. If you're being heard in Sussex County and you draw Judge Gannon, consider yourself lucky! more

Bad News 5/6/2007

This judge hates women. \r No getting around that! \r Makes up his mind before the case begins, kept his eyes closed and head down for the entire trial.\r His decision was not based on fact or evidence, just his personal issues.\r Felt like I was being abused and raped all over again. more
