When i first started writing this review i was over 100 words and just getting started when i realized i needed to take a highlight approach to explain everything he did for me and my family. The staff, Vianey,Kara, Kristy, Megan and Tina are first class, polite,professional and know there careers very well.They Walked me through every step of the bankruptcy paperwork accurately and in record time as i had chosen the quick file option, and true to there word i was ready to file within 30 days. Mr.Michael Jude. I dont know where to begin so i'll start with this.He handled my bancruptcy flawlessly, it was after we filed were he proved the value of having an experienced attorney on your side.After filing, Michael received a letter from an attorney that stated a $ 47,000.00 uncontested civil fruad judgement granted in federal court was not dischargeable in my banruptcy and unless it was removed he would file an advasary. Michael was stright forward in telling me the attorney had a pretty air tight case but wanted to hear my version of the story and to be sure everything was the truth, because he would find out eventually.After telling my story, Michael took the case.I watched him methodically build my case and when he thought we were ready he contacted the attorney and to quote Michael stated, Here we go. The following is what Michael discovered. 1.By law, The requirements to meet civil fraud were not there. 2.Court papers were delivered to a house i was not living in therefore denying me my 5th amendment right of proper service of court papers that would have allowed me to have my day in court. 3.I was not listed on any credit account for the company in which i was being sued. The verdict: He faced off with a well respected Colorado business law attorney with 40 plus years experience and 3 months later everything was cleared through bankruptcy. Conclusion: I would reccommend him hands down and he would be my first call him for any legal services i might require in the future becaus ei know first hand what a quality person he is.Thank you Michael. more
