I was in desperate need of a good brow shaping recently (since the last lady at my nail place waxed the heck out of them & I decided to grow them back out). One of my girlfriends recommended I try out her waxing girl at Jubilee. So I decided to give it a try. As soon as I told her what I wanted, she knew exactly what to do. She left them thick but created the perfect arch! I LOVE my new eyebrows and will definitely be coming back to see Stephanie again. She also recommended me a facial for my dry skin and sent me home with dermalogica samples (my favorite!). Go see Stephanie, she is a pro & you'll be in great hands! more

Jessie did a great job on my cut, and highlight. I got two free glasses of wine, the place was so great, the employees were so social and friendly. The cost was great! I love this place!!! I received a Spa cert as a gift and had no idea where to go. After going to spafinder.com I picked about 5. I checked out each site and compared prices, Jubilee had a great deal going on. My appt was made. Upon arrival parking was great, right in back of the salon which is a plus. I walked in to a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. I walked up to the front and was greeted by Jesse who as it turns out was who my appt was with. Jesse is fantastic! He knew exactly the cut I needed without me going into a lot of detail. Jesse made me feel completely at ease, it felt like I have known him a long time. Before I left I made two more appointments with him. There is not a lot of gossip going on like there is at a lot of other salons. The employees take care of "you". It is your time and they make sure to make the best of it for you. They do not overbook so you are not sitting waiting for your appt. If you have not tried this salon before, you really need to! more

From the moment I booked the appointment until the time I left the salon, I was very impressed at the amazing level of customer service here. I went for a brazilian wax, but saw the array of services they offered and ended up getting a pedicure, tan and a cut and color. Even though it was all very last minute's notice, the staff worked me in...maybe because I told them I was leaving for my Hawaiin vacation the next day....but I was really happy to not hear "well, we don't have anyone here to do that right now" that is so common. I honestly didn't expect to get it all done. I feel so beautiful for my trip tomorrow and it was all VERY reasonably priced...($200 tip included!) for all of that! I can't imagine where else in the city you would find that quality of service and the affordable prices. I enjoyed talking with all of the staff while getting my services, as well. They even got a blanket and hot tea for me while I was cold. It's a really nice, unpretentious salon whose artists do beautiful work. Oh and my hairstylist, Albert, even walked me to my car since it was after dark...now THAT'S service. I will definitely be back. I recently came to Jubilee for a facial with Stephanie and it was lovely. My skin felt so clean and fresh afterward, and she took out all those pesky blackheads! She was excellent, very knowledgeable and helped my skin look 100% better. I'll be going back real soon. more

This is one of the most Beautiful/CLEAN Salons in Pasadena. Rebecca has got to be the BEST esthetician around not only is she a sweetheart she is incrediable at her skill.The best eyebrow waxer i've EVER been too. I wish I had more stars to give to this salon. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a great looking girl who offers you more than just wine and goodies. She offers top notch service. I had my hair cut with Sal, who is a master in his profession. His cut was pristine and his color was flawless. I highly recommend Sal for any type of hair service and I especially recommed Jubilee for all your salon and spa needs. It is a one stop shop in the heart of Pasadena. A true GEM. I bought my wife a spa package, but when she called to make a reservation, they told her there was a two month wait. Two months! Seems that if you have already paid there is no reason to offer prompt service. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Pros: None so far Cons: Deceptive advertising more

This full service salon is located on Lake, just south of Walnut. They have salon services as well as an esthetician, massage therapy, nail salon, and tanning. Everyone seems nice and down to earth. Comfy! more

I love this place!!!!!! I went in to get highlights and a facial, and I was absolutely blown away by the service I was provided.... Everyone is incredibly nice and sweet, not to mention professional... The managers' spunky personality creates a cool and fun atmosphere... My hair looked great, it was exactly what I wanted and asked for. My facial was amazing, my skin feels fantastic!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing rejuvenating and relaxing experience. I immediately booked my next facial appointment before leaving from my first visit.... I am in LOVE with Jubilee Salon and Spa. No seriously, I went there for a mani and haircut both of which were amazing, but so were everyone who worked there. It's the cutest place you'd ever see and I got more than I asked for. Great deals and I heard they are making a Martini Friday for every 3rd friday of the month they'll serve martinis or something so I'm totally in! They had everything there though.. I had tought it was just a salon, but they do massases and facials and tanning and I got some christmas sopping done too! ( i like to get a head start) They have redken gift baskets and a boutique with all designer names in it, but still all for a great price... like DG sunglasses and necklaces etc. So... basically I strongly recommed Jubilee as it is where I will only go from now on :) Pros: They offer EVERYTHING and all the prices are great (one hour massage for 50!) more

Jubilee is the best salon I've been to in a long time. Not only was there amazing customer service, but my hair turned out amazing. My stylist Jessica knew exactly what I was looking for. I definitely plan on going back and bringing friends as well. It's a beautiful place, and offers so many different services. When I read the menu I couldn't believe everything they had to offer customers. I recommend Jubilee above any other salon and spa for sure. I stoped by Jubilee for a 1/2 hour of facial and 1/2 hour message, my friend told me about their specials. When I walked in, my jaw was opend. I have never been anywhere like this salon in Pasadena or anywhere else. Well I went in for the facial and during facial I asked her to continue for an hour it felt like she knew what she was doing, it felt great, I was glowing after. You don't have to go to Beverly Hills to find yourself a good hair stylist or great service. I stop by at Jubilee to get my manicure/pedicure then I decided to get into the stand up high pressure tanning bed loved it.. I spoke with one of the stylist to get my hair done, he did partial high lights and cut, color. Wow my hair never looked so good. With the great new look I had to go out to celebrate. After reading the Boulevard magazine, I just had to check out the place that got voted "best new salon" and I am so glad I did. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They truely have everything under one roof, from hair to skin to chiropractic care. Make sure to go after work and get a glass of wine with your pedicure!
