Worst computer company ever! Do a criminal search on the owner, Ron Denicola. His company profile complete with MUGSHOT are featured on Angies List of Worst Contractors of 2012. Bonus is he's being sued by the Ohio Attorney General for fraud. BEWARE. My wife and kids still have nightmares regarding our one encounter with this ""business"" and its owner. more

I called JR Computer outlet because I was having major problems with my computer. Steve was really nice and helpful when I called and I got an appointment and the computer was fixed right away. more
