I have always taken Mosey and Rascal, my American Eskimos to Joyce Grooming Studio.. They have always done a great job. This is why my friend, Donna took her dog, Ginger there too. This small little dog looks so cute know. more

I'm right at home at joyce's 10/13/2009

I have had the pleasure of getting to know everybody at joyce's, down right honest to god "good people"people in the valley need to know they're dedicated in their work.and true-ly care for your animals I have taken my dog there numerous times and he comes back clean, nails trimmed and smelling good!! and at a reasonable price. I feel right at home at joyces and will continue taking my dog there. : ) more

NEVER going back!!!!! 2/28/2009

When i first started taking my dog to Joyce's she would come out looking great and smelling wonderful, but recently my poor dog has been coming out looking worse than when she went in. She used to always get a bow in her hair, but now it seems like her hair wasn't even cut. I tried to give Joyce's a chance, but the service is horrible, and don't even get me started with Joyce herself. I think she is more worried about making money than giving good service.... FINE Grooming? I don't think so!! more

I stopped taking my dog there 1/26/2008

I went to Joyce's for awhile and my dog looked really good when I picked her up but Joyce does not seem to be a kind, loving person and I didn't get a "warm & fuzzy" feeling taking my dog there. The final straw was when my dog developed a severe ear infection after being groomed there. I'm not sure if they left soap in her ear or what happened but my vet said it did result from the grooming. Needless to say, that's the last time I took my dog there. more

Not that great 4/22/2007

I brought my dog to Joyce's for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was not pleased at all with the cut. I specifically asked her to cut my dog's hair short all around and when I picked her up, it looked as if her hair was barely cut at all, only around her face. It also didn't seem as if she cut her nails. Also since going to Joyce's my dog has been scratching A LOT. more

Not great 3/27/2007

Joyce isn't the most pleasant person to deal with, and my do looked like he barely got cut. Plus, when I came in, someone was yelling angrily at a dog in the back; not sure what goes on back there. Keep in mind they don't take credit cards either. more

We stopped going there due to the scratching issues. 10/27/2006

When we first started going, they seemed really nice, and our dog liked going there. We stopped going because he seemed to come back scratching and he wasn't before we took him in. We even mentioned it, and asked if they could use a different shampoo, they said they would; but he was still scratching. more

Love this place 3/24/2005

I have been taking my dog here for years now. It is such a friendly place and reasonable and they really care about animals. They use natural products and even found a lump that alerted me to take my dog in to the Vet. It ended up being non-cancerous in the end but I probably wouldn't have even have noticed it. My dog loves going there. It is very mom and pop. You feel like you are taking your dog to a friends house for the day. more
