I got married on June 2, 2012 and found the perfect wedding dress at Joyce's Bridal House. I got all my bridesmaid's dresses there too. Lori Weaver, the owner, is so easy going and sweet. Customer service is wonderful there because Lori has you make an appointment so she can focus on helping just you. She helped me pick out several dresses to try on and finally my face lit up when I tried on the dress I ended up buying and wearing down the aisle. She was very patient and it was a really fun and stress free experience. I even got my jewelry and veil from Joyce's Bridal. Lori kept me up to date on when my dress was expected to arrive and fittings were very easy and everything turned out wonderfully. I would highly recommend Joyce's Bridal House in Morgantown, PA. more

I LOVE Joyce's Bridal House! I've gotten many bridesmaids dresses there and I was so excited to find the perfect wedding dress for myself this past summer! Lori is wonderful- she is so sweet and obviously cares about each bride that comes through her doors-I saw this time and time again as a bridesmaid and was so blessed to experience it as the bride. She was so helpful in picking out my dress and it was easy to see that she has years of experience. I really appreciated the one on one service and all the time that she took with me. I also bought my bridesmaids dresses there and loved them- she asked about what style I was looking for and did a great job of pointing out the ones that matched what I was wanting! I highly recommend Joyce's Bridal!! more

Joyce's Bridal Shop is flexible with appointment times which is very nice when you have a large wedding party. Such a great place for wedding gowns! more

Top shop in the area!! I have been a bridesmaid in a number of weddings and have gotten several bridesmaid dresses at Joyce's Bridal in Morgantown, as well as I got my own wedding dress here, and trust me, the service is outstanding! Lori, who is the owner, gives you one-on-one service and is as sweet as they come! She has years of experience and is very helpful in finding the dress that's right for you and your wedding theme! I've been around to other dress shops in the area, and Joyce's Bridal certainly sticks out from the others because it has a warm, comfortable atmosphere and is not intimidating like other shops can be; I think mainly because of Lori's helpful personality. Her shop is by appointment only, so you'll always get exceptional service! She is very flexible to have you come at times that work best for you. more

Joyce?s Bridal is the perfect little shoppe with a beautiful selection of dresses and very helpful staff! I felt so comfortable while looking for my wedding dress, the staff was very attentive and not at all pushy, which is a big relief! They told me to take my time and didn't pressure me to buy a gown like some places do. They were also very accommodating with my appointments. I found the most beautiful dress, as well as gorgeous bridesmaid dresses. The alterations were done very professionally, and the dresses turned out perfect! I would highly recommend Joyce?s to all brides! more

I very highly recommend Joyce's Bridal! I have been there several times, once as a bride, twice as a bridesmaid, and enjoyed it every time! Not only did I find the perfect dress for each occasion, but I did not have to exhaust myself by trying on a ton of dresses - the owner was able to look at my body type and give me a variety of options that would compliment me. What a fun experience, picking out the perfect dress for my day! The service is also great, and the prices are VERY competitive. I have recommended Joyce's to several friends as well, and all of them loved it! more

Joyce's Bridal. All 3 of our daughters, as well as 3 of our granddaughters have bought their bridal & bridesmaids gowns here. Very pleased with the service. Caring, helpful in every way. So pleasant, so personal in comparison to larger stores while still having a great selection. Have friends who also bought from Joyce's. Have heard only praise. more

I have three daughters who have bought wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses at Joyce's Bridal House. It is the best place to go for very helpful and personal service. The owner is always there since she has no employees and does a fabulous job in helping to pick out gowns. The alterations are always done so neat and precise and not very costly compared to other shops. I highly recommend checking this place out when looking for gowns. You will not be disappointed! more

Our son's fiance' went to Joyce's Bridal House in Morgantown, PA, for her dress and the bridesmaids dresses. The owner is a very sweet and kind lady. She is very detailed and helpful in the choosing of the gowns. The prices were great too ! Our daughter-inlaw looked stunning in her beautiful wedding dress. I know many young brides in our area that have all gone to Joyce's and were thrilled with their service and quality dresses ! Joyce's Bridal was great. She helped me so well on picking out the perfect bridesmaids dresses and perfect veil for my big day. I had looked every where for the perfect dresses and veil and Joyce's Bridal was the only place i could find that had what i wanted. Everyone loved the bridesmaids dresses and veil. I had tons of compliments. The bridesmaids look stunning in their dresses. I couldn't have done it with out Joyce's Bridal. Joyce's Bridal made me feel right at home and I had lots of fun looking for the perfect dress and things I needed for my wedding. THANKS JOYCE's BRIDAL! more

Horrible service 4/1/2009

I was recently the matron of honor in a wedding for my BF of 13 years. The bride bought her dress at Joyce's and wanted all of us to buy our dresses there and have the groomsmen get their tuxes there too. She wishes she had never gone there and that is the same way the other 13 of us us feel (6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen and the groom). Pros: Large selection Cons: horrible customer service, price, very rude employees. more
