The best bread ever! 5/21/2009

My father and I used to come in at least 3 times a week for breakfast. This was 24 years ago when I was 12 years old. My mouth waters everytime I think of biting into their wonderfully thick and sweet tasting bread! I now live in Kansas and hope to visit this restraurant again soon. I encourage everyone to stop in and try their bread. Also would encourage the business never to close! Pros: Friendly staff and great toast Cons: Possibly the wait at times more

cozy home town feel 2/7/2006

This is our favorite breakfast spot. The service is great and they know most customers by name. Brenda is out favorite. We love the Joy Omelet. They are great at customizing orders and you can count on your coffee always being full. The best items so far: the club sandwich, the grits, the Joy Omelet, the Waffle Breakfast, THE TOAST, and the Monti cristo Sandwich. We do not suggest the potatoes, french toast or the pancakes. Keep in mind that they fill up fast. It is best to arrive early or prior to the church crowds. One major down side is they can not accommodate large parties. They only have booths and they only accommodate four adults. Pros: Great Food, Easy to find, Good Service Cons: Crowed, Small parties only, No hashbrowns more

I went to this place with a friend whom introduced me to it. This place has to most amazing ""thick bread"" I have ever had. My recomomation is the ""Rancher Special."" You will not be disappointed by taste or price! Another thing, right of the freeway! Pros: great price, big helpings, nice people Cons: not good parking, bad neighborhood more
