Simply put: they over billed my insurrance for a service they didn't even provided!\r I had to pay for way more than I should (15x)!\r Not to mention, they make me wait in the room for a long long time before the nurse even come in to see what's going on!\r Simply concluded: DO NOT GO HERE! more

I went in just for a simple TB test for school and they said over the phone when I called that the charge is just going to be the copay of my insurrance.\r They ended up charging me for the whole doctor visit, consultation or whatever! I called my insurrance and they said to have them rebill for just the TB test, which I had, not the doctor visit!\r Then when I called, the girl there said that she would rebill the insurance and would call me back. I never heard from them again until the collection agency called me and demand me paying the whole doctor visit bill plus an additional fee which was 150% of the original charge or else it would go to my credit report! This place is a cheat! They are not honest upfront when you call asking for a price and then they overcharge you! \r Students, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!! They will only rip you off of what little money you have!\r Other people. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!! They only care about how much money they can cheat you out of!! more

I went to this Urgent Care on 03/04 with my sister because she had a cyst. While I was there I decided to be seen for an infection that I suspected I had. Upon being called back to have my vitals taken I politely refused to step on the scale. For political reasons, I have not been weighed in a doctors office for many years, and understood it as my right to refuse it. This has never been a problem. However at this location I was told I would not be treated unless I was weighed. When I inquired as to why, I was told first because it was law, Mrs. Schleck, the office manager and Doctor's wife, told me it was HIPPA (it is not). Then she told me it was insurance policy and that they would not honor my claim unless I was weighed. I asked for and received a refund. Mrs. Schleck came out of the back area two more times after I was seated and quietly reading to berate me further and insure me that I was wrong and my insurance required me to be weighed. Upon calling my insurance they told me that indeed, no, it was not insurance policy. Mrs. Schleck then called me a liar. I will not go back to this urgent care and would urge any future patients to find another business to patronize.
