This is the only shop i will ever take my car. I have been going for over ten years and they take care of me everytime. I dont know about the owner being a con artist or a manipul...

Worst

If I could I would give this clown not one star...dishonest..shady is the best word and a liar! I am surprised he is even allowed to operate a business.

I am so grateful for Jovanies auto repair shop. I was visiting from Florida and my Expedition went out on me. I didnt know anyone in California and my brother referred him to me. He had to fix a sensor and my transmission. He felt so bad for me that he did my sensor for free. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks Orlando! more

Jovanie's is the best! My engine went out on me and I was about to get ripped off by another company when a friend referred Jovanie's. The original company quoted me $5000. Jovanie had my car towed from culver city and is fixing my car for less than $2500. ABsolutley amazing! I would refer him to anyone more

JOVANIES ELECTRO MECHANIC IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My radiator went out on me on the 170 and I was able to make it to Jovanie's. He fixed it in a matter of a couple hours with a brand new one and didn't even charge me for the labor. Then My thermostat broke and he fixed it free of charge. When I wen tot get my car my bumper was tightened and my signal switcher was fixed!1 Absolutely 5 stars across the board! more

The only place I will ever take my car!! Great shop. 9/11/2010

This is the only shop i will ever take my car. I have been going for over ten years and they take care of me everytime. I dont know about the owner being a con artist or a manipulator, but he seems very nice to me and very knowledgable. Unlike the other reviews I was quoted a certain price and charged the same price. They have Decent pricing on all their services (better than the dealer thats for sure) I recomend all my friends to this place. more

BEWARE 5/9/2009

BEWARE, the owner is shady! I took my car for repairs and agreed on a $400 estimate. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me $1200. By law they can only charge you 10% more than the estimate. The owner's name is Orlando. He refused to release my car to me and held my registration, so I called the police. When they arrived, they said to him ""sir, this is the 3rd time we've responded to your shop because of complaints by customers for the same issue"". I'm still trying to get my car back. This guy is SHADY!!! Cons: shady, unscrupulous business practices more
