Don?t believe a word they say in that office and that goes for all of them. You want to be happy stay away from Journey Real Estate investments and management. We used Journey Real Estate for well over one year. From the start we were treated with great respect. Alisa and her staff truly value their clients and it shows in every aspect. Any concerns we had with the property were addressed immediately and without any trouble. I was very pleased with the level of service we received. Extraordinarily BAD. CRIMINAL in fact. The women of Journey are in the process of attempting to steal over $1000 from me as an unreturned security deposit. I left the property immaculate, with NO damage, and super clean. But of course this makes no difference. The fees they list and attempt to levy read like a comedy routine except that it is very unfunny. I've enlisted the aid of community legal services and would encourage anyone else to do the same. If you're unfortunate enough to have dealt with them, learn your rights and enlist help. Otherwise, GO ELSEWHERE. And tell your friends. more
