great service!! 9/22/2011

Had ants everywhere...ahhh! I called Joshua's Pest Control and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. My tech, Josh, came out and inspected my house and a wide arc surrounding my house. He found areas of concern and addressed them. Josh was very curtious and made sure i was satisfied with his service before he departed. Josh did a great job and I haven't seen a single ant all afternoon! YAY!!! Thanks Josh!!!! more

Quick response 9/22/2011

I am happy to leave a good review for Joshua's and their tech Sean M. Sean M. has been our tech for the past couple services and always has a great attitude while providing a great service. Joshua's is always prompt in squeezing us in for any appointments that we may need in between our regular scheduled services. I appreciate their quick response when we are having unexpected problems with ants. They really take care of us! more

Amazing Service! 9/22/2011

I never wanted a pest control company - Over a year ago they approached our house on a cold call after servicing a neighbor of ours and set up the service with my wife. A year later and I am sticking with them, they are always on time, professional, sincerely care about what is going on in your house, and best of all they take care of the problem pests!\r \r Sean M. continues to service our house and does a great job - I would highly reccomend Joshua's pest control to anyone. more

Fantastic Service 9/21/2011

We recently purchased a new home that unfortunately came with a lot of spiders. My wife without my knowledge called Joshua's pest control to come out and spray for ants and spiders. The first technician, Cory came to the house and did a great job. He sprayed the inside the house and took care of the house. He was both professional and courteous and fully explained the service. Since then we had another technician come out and spray for the scheduled maintenance. Today we had the technician Joshua come by and take care of some issues we were having with black widows. Joshua was a professional and extremely courteous. He walked me around the property and showed me where the little buggers are going to be and to call back if there are any issues. He took his time and was thorough about spraying the perimeter of the home and was attentive to the entrances of the house to make sure that my wife or two young kids have to meet up with an unwanted house guest. Thanks Joshua. You guys will always have our business. more

Great Service 9/21/2011

This was our first quarterly service and it was really great. I'm very impressed with this company and their technicians. Today our technician was Joshua B. He was very nice and throughly treated our home. Our initial service technician was Nate B. He also did a great job. Both technicians were polite and very customer service focused. I would highly recommend this company. more

Awesome Service - Mark V. 9/21/2011

I am pleased to say that I have been using Joshua's pest control now for about 1 1/2 years. We have had continuous problems with ants and have accepted the fact that they are not going away! Being able to control them and minimize their existence is what this company is really good at. \r \r Joshua's is very tuned into their customers and is all about satisfaction. From the ladies in the office scheduling appointments to all the techs...this company is Service. One of the Techs I am most impressed with is Mark V. He has been to my home several times and I can say without hesitation he is a true professional who is very knowledgeable and sincere. It's been a real pleasure working with him. Thanks Joshua's 9/17/2011

Just had Joshua's out again. Last week they were here to do our regular outside service and I casually asked about spraying inside for fleas...not only was I able to make an appointment quickly, but it was free! Part of my service the tech told me. Joshua B. was our tech and he was great getting us ""de-fleaed"". He gave me additional tips and then told me if we still had a problem they'd be out to re-treat at no additional cost. We've been with the company for several years and are always happy with their service. more

My technician was Mark V. I've been with Joshua's for 3 plus years and I'm very happy with their service. They always come out quickly when called and their technicians have always been personable and reliable. Mark even remembered my name and recalled some conversations we've had previously. He's very professional, takes the time to explain things, and makes you feel like you are being taken care of. Highly recommend them (and Mark)! more

Ask for Chris L as your technician! 9/16/2011

I have used Joshua's for 2 years and have been very pleased with their service. The technicians take time to inquire about specific pest problems and are very thorough. If there is a pest problem between treatment visits, they come back free of charge. Chris L. was here last week and he spent over an hour in our yard trying to locate the source of our latest ant problem. He located several new colonies and was able to treat them at the source. more

Great service! 9/14/2011

I switched over to Joshua's Pest Control a little over a year ago. I wasn't dissatisfied with the previous company, but Joshua's just sold me when they came to my door. I rarely actually interact with the servicemen, as I am usually at work, but this last time I did. Dan was great. Very courteous and accommodating. He addressed the issues I reported, and he even helped me out with a dead rodent that was right in the middle of my backyard patio. Thanks, Dan! more
