A neighbor turned me on to Joshua Tree. I have always been very pleased! Its great working with Joel! The only reason i marked you down a star in service I wasn't 100 happy with the clean up after a tree was picked up. Joshua tree was courteous and accommodating. I would definitely use them again. I do think that it is important to use a certified arborist. Removed two elderly evergreens in corner of back yard. The tallest, a white pine over 90 ft tall and very lopsided (PPL had lopped off branches near their service lines), I feared it would fall on my house in a hurricane or heavy snow. I asked that they cut off the stumps about 1-2 ft tall and level (for placement of statue, planter etc). They returned my call promptly. came for estimate promptly & emailed an estimate the next day. Date set for a few weeks later, depending on weather. 4 guys showed up on time and worked for four hours, plus time to load and haul away two truckloads of grindings and huge logs. Very skilled and professional, good teamwork. I was entranced watching the guy who did all the climbing & sawing of branches. They cleaned up the entire area, including sawdust etc on neighbor's shed roof. The invoice was for the estimated amount, was e-mailed to me the next day. I paid over the phone with my credit card (love those frequent flyer miles ;-) Would definitely hire them again. Attention to detail, prompt and timely communication and leaving a jobsite immaculate is all in a days work. Never hurts to hear this though....keep 'em coming and thanks! more

Joshua Tree is great. I actually hired them on 2 different occasions. First, they did a general clean up of the yard. It was so great that I had them come back and take care of a tree issue. The representative from Joshua Tree was so helpful. He made some better suggestions than I was thinking of in terms of clean up. I was pleased with his guidance. It was evident that they weren't just trying to get out of work. He was also sensitive to my financial concerns.
