I think tracella should cut Joseph some slack ! He's a one-man shop - a craftsman earning a living by fixing shoes with his own two hands. If tracella's friend wanted new Uggs, she should not be asking Joseph to provide them for free. That post doesn't mention whether the spot was removed. It sounds to me like Joseph worked pretty hard to make the Uggs presentable.\r \r I had Joseph replace the soles on my Birkenstocks - they were worn down into the cork padding, and I didn't think they could be fixed. He brought them back from the dead - the equivalent of a new pair for half the cost. Today I had him duplicate some house keys for me. He produced them very quickly, and they work.\r \r If you want clean-shaven service with smiles all around, shop at Nordstrom's. If you want some shoes fixed, try Joseph's !\r more

Joseph told my friend that he could clean a spot on her uggs, when she went to pick them up they were destroyed. They were a different color, stiff as a board, the Ugg Labels were peeling off and he somehow managed to shrink them. When we went into the store to talk to him he immediately became defensive and told us that he would not replace them. He was rude and condescending... Do not go to Josephs!!!!!!!!!! more
