I choose this restaurant based on other member reviews and its proximity to the Jacksonville Zoo. It is on the northside of Jax about one mile from the Zoo. Just turn left as you are leaving then another left and it is on the right. I was not disappointed. Although I hear the pizza is awesome (there was a banner for the 2007 2nd place pizza winner), we chose the Fried Chicken Parmigiana and another chicken dish with capers and lemon sauced noodles. The appetizers were equally delicious. The fried calamari was tender and the bruschetta was overflowing with tomatoes and feta. The complimentary garlic bread was enjoyable and the meal came with soup or salad. All of the dressing and breads are homemade and awesome. We spent about $40 and left with full bellies and four boxes of food!
Pros: Beer and Wine Selection, Friendly Staff
Cons: No Liquor Drinks, Tables Close Together
