My wife was treated very professionally and kindly at the Brian Josephs store. She was very helpful in explaining the different choices in wigs and how to take care of them. I was refferd to this store by several other patients that take chemo with my wife. more

This woman is very snobbish and has no compassion. I wouldn't recommend her to a soul. After reading of her compassion and concern for chemo patients, I called to schedule an appt. for assistance in styling and learning to wear a wig that I had purchased elsewhere. I was told she "would not touch" my wig, would not teach me to wear it securely or style it properly, and would not sell me a cap to be worn underneath. I was appalled at her rude rants about buying wigs elsewhere.\r \r After speaking with this wretch, I called my hair salon (which doesn't sell wigs but as a kindness had ordered one for me from a local wig salon.) He said he has not and would never recommend Brian Joseph's to anyone as he has heard the same complaint; the woman is very full of herself and not nearly as compassionate as she would like her public image to portray. \r \r It is clear she feels herself to be elite and only wants to work with the elite. I am middle class, and spent about $200 on my wig. I think more
