I just wanted you to know that the roof and awning and siding are beautiful. All my neighbors agree. I had a mushroom house and now it looks more like a Colonial. ??John was very diligent in making sure things went smoothly. He really went above and beyond to make sure things went well. Also, the workers were always kind and cordial, and they really seemed to have a lot of experience. ??Yesterday it rained so hard and I didn't care. There were no leaks, and I think between the kitchen and the roof I have a new house. ??Thank you for all your help, you should be proud of your staff. I would recommend your company to anyone. I think my neighbors would also.\r more

Very satisfied with the roof work completed by Joe Percario Contractors on our Cranford home. Joe and his company were reliable and professional. They replaced our roof, gutters, siding, and shutters and we are extremely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company. more

I found Joe Percario through an online query. I had him out to give a bid for a project. He was not the cheapest by far, but he was the most reputable. They came in to re-roof an old garage for me. They were in and out in a day. They were very professional, on time with the delivery, and they cleaned up after themselves really well. My only hesitation was that I wanted them to be more timely. I had to call them to set up appointments, after they'd told me they would call me. I wanted them to take the initiative and set that up. Otherwise, I thought they did a great job and I'd recommend them. more

Joe Percario General Contracting was wonderful! They did a good job. I got a new roof, they gave me new doors, and many other things put in, and they did a good job. I'm very happy with the job they did. more

I love the guys at Percario's. Mike is a great guy, was in contact with him through the whole project. The replaced my windows and siding. I recommend them to all my neighbors. Pros: Great Crew, good work Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

I was a little hesitant when deciding which contracting company to hire, but when Joe Percario came to my home just made things a lot easier. The price was a little higher then other contractors I had seen. But the Job they did for me was simply great. The work was done fast and they cleaned up well after themselves. Great contracting experience / Cranford 12/9/2008

In today's economy, if you are like me, you want to get the most for your money. That was my experience with Joe Percario. I live in Cranford and needed some work done. I had estimates from 3 companies, but went with Joe Percario because I felt comfortable with their expertise and felt their prices fair. I love the work and am very happy with my choice. I would highly recommend them. Pros: Great work, expertise, comfortable Cons: can't think of any more

Don't trust Joe 12/5/2008

We had a very bad experience with Joe Percario himself. He made a promise to refund the money if we were not satisfied with his services. We never got the proposal he promised, so we cancelled the contract. He refused to give us the refund even though he made his promise. Trusting him cost us a costly $2,500. Never again. They do good work 11/12/2008

They did a nice job on my roof. They finished it in 3 days. I live in Westfield and they did a good job on my roof and gave me a pretty good price. Joe Percario himself came out to our house and he was a good guy. Pros: Fast, professional, personable Cons: didn't find any more

Marvelous job 10/28/2008

Percario's did a great job on our house. We recently added a master bedroom & bath over our garage, a project I expected to get much headache with. But on the contrary, the Percario staff kept their word & carried out the project beautifully. Overall, I'm very pleased and glad I didn't go another route. more

We were pleased with the work and price 1/11/2008

Unlike the other reviews, we were pleased with the work and price.\r Yes, the price was a bit higher then the other quote I got, but the other person did not show up.\r They did the job on the days they said they would and finished when promised. They left the job site clean and in order. There were no hidden charges.\r We had one very small problem, that I will not mention as I did not follow up as I should have. I feel that it will be resolved. Pros: Did the job on time, no hidden charges, roof did not leek, left clean Cons: Hard to get appointment for estimate. more

Stay away!!! 8/31/2007

I have used them in the past. Not very good work.\r I wanted some work done again and thought that maybe they're better now. (yeah, right) They are worse! They'll do the job and assume that you are happy. They will leave a lot of damage from the work and you almost have to beg for them to fix it. Really really bad, this time. \r Joe himself is not true to what he says. Clearly they do not know the meaning of the word INTEGRITY. Cons: too much headache more

Overpriced estimate that only rose higher as work went on. Not at all what I expected. Couldn't reach them on a regular basis. Was given the run around. more
