Horrible customer service 2/19/2010

Disorganized and dishonest approach to get people in, and unclear pricing information. After a late start with my appointment I was kept waiting for 30min. in an exam room and got hostility rather than an explanation or apology when I asked about it. I never did meet the surgeon, I was told I'd meet Dr. King the day of surgery. A waste of my time. I'm taking my eyes and my money elsewhere. more

Great Service!!!! 4/7/2009

I had lasik here two years ago after being told I was not a candidate. The staff is truly caring and compasionate. I would reccommend them hands down over any place in Portland. I had a problem with my tear duct and rather than send me to an opthamologist they saw me free of charge and eased my mind. They really are great and I can see now!! Pros: excellent care Cons: none more

Incredible 12/12/2008

The staff and doctors here are first class. The clearly explained the whole process and put me at ease. I went in one day with horrible vision and drove myself in the next morning with 20-15!!! Why did I wait so long? more
