I heard of Joseph Jewelry from a friend who got his engagement ring there. He described a great experience and so when my need for the same came around I gave it a shot too. I knew nothing of diamonds or rings or anything like that. The staff at Joseph Jewelry is very professional, patient, and great at explaining to me how the grading and quality of the stones are measured and how to get me the right quality for what I wanted. They then helped me as I fumbled around not knowing what sort of design to go with and ended up with a really nice setting that I'm very pleased with. We had originally purchased an engagement ring from another jeweler. Because the ring was very unique, it was very difficult to find a wedding band to match the design. Danny from Joseph's Jewelry designed a perfect match for us and it was about the same price to have the custom work done as it was to purchase a similar type ring in a regular retail store. We were very picky/anal and I'm sure frustrating customers to deal with they were very patient and really took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them for sure. Their customer service is amazing! I like their lifetime warranty as well. I am in the process of designing another ring and I can already say that they will do a great job with this one too. I trust them 100% with my jewelry. Their jewelry is nothing like the stuff you see at mainstream jewelry shops- everything is very classy but very unique. Danny and team… Thank you so much for your help. You gave us exactly what we wanted!! I highly recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone who is looking for jewelry, especially custom-made pieces. I originally went to Joseph’s and worked with Danny when I was shopping around for my wife’s engagement ring. I had a very specific idea in mind (sketches, measurements, etc) and Danny and the rest of the Joseph’s team made perfectly. After the team showed me the CAD drawing, they then invited me in to see how the center stone would fit in the mold. The center stone looked different than I expected and Danny kindly redesigned the ring to meet my expectations. Soon after giving my wife her ring and telling her abut my positive experience, she wanted to design our wedding bands. Again, Danny and the rest of the team took the time to design wedding bands that reflected exactly what we envisioned. Everywhere we go we are both compliments on our rings. We had a custom setting prepared, they were very flexible with timing (I had a tight turnaround) and they made it happen, also very flexible and open to back and forth even as the design evolved. I was incredibly pleased with my custom-made ring from Joseph Jewelry. From looking at all of the beautiful rings in their store, I found certain things I liked on 3 different rings...Danny listened patiently while I described how I would like my "dream" ring to look! Then a wax mold was created so that I could make sure that this is how I wanted the ring to look! The end product was stunning, beautiful, and something that is unique enough that nobody else will have exactly the same ring. Compared to other shops such as EE Robbins and Shane Company, we feel that Joseph Jewelry was also reasonably priced, so we much preferred to have a more personalized experience rather than be just another consumer of a chain store. Working with the people at Joseph Jewelry was a very positive experience. Every time we saw them, they were attentive and professional, and my husband and I both feel that it was a very pleasant experience. It was wonderful to go in there and not feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Joseph Jewelry produces a very high quality product at a reasonable price and I know we will be going back to Joseph Jewelry for all of our jewelry needs in the future! My husband found a great looking engagement ring/wedding band set for me in a magazine ad before we got engaged. Danny helped him to make the unique custom rings with diamonds and sapphire. I've never seen anyone wearing something similar, and I receive compliments all the time! After our engagement, we went there again to order my husband's wedding band. He wanted to match his to the design of my rings. Danny helped us with the design with his great creativity and knowledge, and we had an opportunity to look at the precise image. The ring turn out to be exactly the way the image showed, and absolutely gorgeous. We can always go back to have our rings cleaned professionally for free, and Danny and other staff are always very nice and helpful. We have had great experiences with them, and we highly recommend Joseph Jewelry whether you know exactly what you want or you just have some ideas.
