they are the worst to deal with if u are looking for a car they dont get back with u. u would think the way the econemy is they would be trying to sell. but i guess the cash for clunkers is keeping them to busy for the rest of us. whats funny is when the cash for clunkers is done.\r they will be trying to pay there light bill again lol service is very poor go somewere else. Used Joseph body shop for a repair after an accident. It was a GM vehicle...and Joseph was the closest dealer. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE work!! The paint did NOT even match! \r They returned the car to me with the gas tank door open...it would not latch...(It DID BEFORE the accident!) My wife picked up the vehicle. \r I called the body shop manager...Joe St. Pierre...and asked him why they didn't fix the gas tank door...he told me, ""It came in that way""...DUH! IT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT!!! \r He said he would contact our insurance people and get back to me...I NEVER heard from him again!!!\r OK...still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt...I e-mailed the dealership...no response...\r then I sent a letter...still no response...\r so I e-mailed GM...STILL NO RESPONSE!\r And people wonder why GM is going bankrupt??? After I was informed that the service department broke a $182 part on my vehicle they refused to fix it for free or adjust the cost. The service manager treated me with sarcasm and was EXTREMELY rude. Also, I later took my vehicle to another dealership, who told me, and showed me, that the part was not broken at all. Joseph's was just trying to extort money on a warranty job that was free. Cons: Dishonest, rude service manager. more
