We went to the emergency room at Jordan Valley Hospital. My husband had cut his finger at work. The admitting section was very disorganized. Nobody was at the desk, but there were instructions to fill out a form. The problem was that there weren't any forms left for us to fill out. We we standing there with my husbands finger bleeding wondering what to do. After a while somebody helped us and put us in a room. We had a male nurse that seemed like a know it all. He made my husband bend his finger and move it everywhere. Come to find out after an xray that he had slivered off bone and severed the tendon. I am so mad that the nurse made him bend that finger around. We had to wait for hours for a hand surgeon to come. I can understand that part. After the surgeon left, we were ready to go. We sat forever waiting for the nurse to come back and discharge us. He never came, so finally we went out asking where he was so we could go home. I think the emergency room at this hospital is very disorganized and you don't get personalized treatment.
