Exceptional Management 5/8/2007

We will miss this clean, quiet, updated, well-located and affordable apartment complex. The staff is curteous, helpful and responsive and the property manager and full time maintenance personel have been there for over ten years. They take pride in their work and customer service. We will be gone on assignment for two years and will look forward to moving back ""home"" to Joppa Lane Apartments when we return! Poor Management 11/1/2006

I liked the apartment itself and its location, shopping and resaturants around. Beware if you are in the building facing Minnetonka though. The traffic gets really noisy and I could hardly ever open my windows during night, if I wanted some sleep.\r The management is terrible however and that could make your stay comfortable or miserable in any community. There's hardly anyone around to manage the property.. there's only one person in the office who is not available most of the time. I have not seen such a poor response to residents' requests anywhere else. I had a fridge leaking for almost a year, they kept giving me workarounds, not realizing it was time to replace. Finally they got it replaced, but I moved out a couple of months later.\r NOt recommended..mostly for the management. more
