Okay nobody likes their car towed but you park it in the wrong spot it will get towed..I was treated very well our business was taken care of fast and we were out of there in no time..I bet my daughter wont leave her car parked where its not suspose to be more

You guys sicken me. You park your car anywhere you want to make it easy for you. The problem is the failure to read if you park your car in a spot and you know going in that it's wrong. Why complain when it gets towed away. I have seen this tow yard all the fees are clearly posted as well as the signs in the many parking lots through town. My car was picked up because I got comfortable where I was parking and it was towed. I was taken care of in a timely fashion. When I asked a question they gave me a answer that made me feel comfortable. I even used these guys to tow my car when I was in an accident The gentleman that picked me up was vary understanding he had great customer service skills. I would recommend this company in both my bad times it was a good experience more

Jon's towing, scum of the earth 4/20/2010

This place is scandeless, you won't believe what they are willing to do to talked advantage of you. I am a business owner in van nuys and these Jackass's towed my car from my own business parking lot... When I called and explaned that they had made a mistake, they told me to have the owner of the property call them and explane, so I did and after we both called and explaned they wouldn't answer the phone for over an hour to tell me what they were going to do about it, when they finaly answered they told me it wasn't there problem even though there was clearly a mistake. The impound sheet that is required to be signed by a property maneger or owner was signed by some jackass employee from the mini mart that I share a parking lot with... I have filed suit in small claims and will win but who want to have to go thru this? they should have just returned my car or have me pick it up for no charge. Instead I had to pay 209.50 to get it out, the owner didn't even stay at work long enough to m more

He has enough trouble with the REAL illegal companies such as R&C, Day and Night Towing, and Roulette towing. They take down his signs, overcharge for cars, and tow out of their limit. So stop picking on him! more

Predatory and Shamelss Company Preying on the Weak 11/17/2008

Jon's Towing Services is the most illegal and predatory towing company that exists to prey upon innocent people who work hard for their money. The company is in cahoots with Apartment managers and security officers, who also get a cut, from every illegal towing transaction that the company makes. I too have unpleasant experience being stuck on the road with these guy (Jon's Towing of Sun Valley), when they arrive they quote me $220 for 2hours (both ways) when I get there they wanted $320 after I had agreed to the initial quote. The OWNER and OPerator claimed his tow truck driver misquoted him and that If I didn't pay them they would impound my vehicle and charge me for that service as well. DO noT USE THESe guys call your own, get proper quotes before you agree to their services. RIPOFF ARTISTS. more

This towing service is cunning and will lie about the having your car until they feel you will owe enough money for them to make a profit. Only use them if you want to get even with someone. P.S. They will make you pay cash. more

Bad Drivers 7/5/2007

Jon's Towing hires irresponsible bad drivers.\r \r The diiver of tow truck license # 7N18861 who resides at 17126 Jersey St in Granada Hills, repeatedly jeapordizes the safety of his neighbors by driving his tow truck in excessive speeds and recklessly on residential streets.\r \r I believe that Jon's Towing Service will hire ANYBODY that can operate an ignition key.\r \r DO NOT USE Jon's Towing Service!! \r BAD PEOPLE =.BAD SERVICE. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 6/9/2007

Jon the owner of this company has very poor ethics and horrible customer service. He permits his tow drivers to tow vehicles from private property without proper authorization. This occurred twice at this apartment community and in once instance, a vehicle was almost towed that was parked in its designated space. The driver already had the vehicle on the flatbed and made the vehicle owner pay $145 just to take it off. Numerous phone calls were made to resolve this issue, but Jon did not return even 1 phone call. Do not use this company more
