After suffering from a fire loss, we sought help from Mr. Jones and he helped guide us through preparing a financial summary of our casualty loss, which he informed us would work as a significant deduction on our tax returns.  Without his assistance, we would not have received the sizable refund check that we received.  As a result of this outcome, we will not trust anyone else to do our tax returns in the future. I had met Mr. Jones in Washington, DC several years ago and was quite amazed with the professional tax advice provided by him.  I had some real estate which had appreciated significantly over many years.  After speaking with many consultants, Mr. Jones was the first professional out of several to even offer the possibility of avoiding a taxable gain on the sale of my property by qualifying the sale as what he called a ""Like Kind Exchange"".  He guided me through the steps of qualifying for this attractive tax saving strategy.
