I have made several purchases thru them for all of my Auto Parts Stores out of state and I always receive the products on time shipped by UPS and the best part of it all is that they always pay for shipping. My inventory is always well stocked thanks to their customer service reps who take the time to call me and remind me of any current specials. Pros: They provide free counter displays at no charge. Cons: They only sell by cases not individual bottles. more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND I ALWAYS RECEIVE FAST AND ACCURATE SERVICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. I HAD ALWAYS HEARD WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT AND ONCE I CAME ACROSS ONE OF THEIR TV COMMERCIALS, I DIDN?T HESITATE TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT THE NEAREST AUTO PARTS STORE. ALL OF OUR VEHICLES RUN GREAT WITH OUT ANYMORE PROBLEMS. THE ONLY PROBLEM YOU MAY COME ACROSS WHEN CALLING THE TOL FREE NUMBER IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY TECHNICIANS OR MECHANICS AROUND TO ANSWER SOME OF THE MORE COMPLICATED QUESTIONS BUT THEIR STAFF ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO WALK YOU THRU THE INSTRUCTIONS AND I FOUND THAT TO BE VERY HELPFUL. OUT OF THEIR MANY PRODUCTS, WHAT I HAVE USED FOR MANY YEARS IS THEIR TUNE UP, SEAL UP, OIL STABILIZER AND RUST STOP. I HOPE MY ADVICE/COMMENT WAS USEFUL FOR SOMEONE.
