The ONLY follow up I received from Jones Dermatology on a test that they did was a bill in my mail 2 MONTHS LATER! No follow up calls, no results, nothing...but a bill.\r \r Obviously, this doctor is concerned about making money... but actually healing patients...not so much! more

bad experience 1/5/2012

I went to the office on Oct 5, 2011 for an obvious cancer on the back of my right hand. Dr Jones wife took a small slice and sent it for a biopsy. 2 weeks later my wife called the office to find out what the diagnosis was. She got a very sassy answer. She called again and got another arrogant answer. 4 weeks later I went to another doctor who removed the cancer immediately. Today we went to the same building as Dr Jones office ( Reknown Health ) for blood tests and the phlebotomist noticed the healing wound on my hand and asked if I was being treated for it. I reated the whole story and she said she would file a complaint for me. Coincidentally this aternoon ( Jan 5 2012 ) we received a call from Dr Jones office to give us the biopsy report. I told the caller to forget it because another doctor removed the cancer and their office was the worst I had ever been to. She hung the phone up on me. more

Dr. Jones is very good with communicating to her patients about what treatments need to be used for your condition. She is very patient and addresses any concerns that you may have. I am satisfied with the results thus far. Thank you Dr. Jones. more

I have had psoriasis for years. Recently it has gotten worse. I went to see Dr. Jones a few weeks ago to get it under control. He was very caring and knowledgeable and I saw a decrease in the skin patches almost immediately. I would certainly recommend to anyone with skin conditions. more

After being hounded by my wife for weeks to get a spot on my arm checked out, I went to see Dr. Jones. Cancer runs in my family so I was worried after the biopsy came back and I was called back into the office. They told me that the spot was noncancerous but that I should have it removed. I just got the spot removed and instead of an unsightly spot, I have a small scar. The office was very easy to work with, and Dr. Jones has a great bedside manner about him. more

This center comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I have eczema and they have been very helpful in explaining the condition and what kind of treatment is needed. They were very knowledgeable and informative. They were very nice and welcoming into their office. more

Life saver?! 10/17/2011

I went to see Dr. Jones a few months ago to have her remove a few small cysts and have some allergy tests done. While showing her a cyst, she noticed a small bump on my lower back that has been there for years and I never thought anything of it, not to mention it was hardly even visible. To make a long story short, she removed to mole and had it tested. Turns out the pesky bump was precancerous! He caught it early enough to remove with no other problems. I was in awe of her expertise and willingness to go above and beyond. more

Highly Recommend! 10/12/2011

I have had Rosacea for years now. I recently started my first corporate job and I feel like I cannot be taken seriously because I ALWAYS look like I am blushing. Dr. Jones has been so helpful with ""treating"" the redness on my face. He said it probably will never go away completely but I have seen a significant and positive change with the product he introduced me to. I also wanted to mention that staff is just wonderful. more

Over the years my skin needed help with Eczema. They were very helpful explaining treatment and also very successful in healing my temperamental skin. I will continue to see this Doctor and recommend them to anyone needing a dermatologist. more

Best dermatology clinic in Reno! 9/27/2011

The Jones Dermatology staff have taken excellent care of me during my numerous visits over the last several months. My facial scar has shrunk and faded more and more after each treatment. I strongly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dermatologist in the Reno area. Thank you Jones Dermatology! more
