Jones Cleaning Centers does wonderful work, but be warned. If they return something to you that was damaged in the cleaning process, they will not stand behind it. They returned a dress shirt to me that was pressed for so long that the color was leeched out of the material. When I returned with the shirt, I was told it was an 'easy care' shirt that should not be professionally laundered (55% cotton, 45% polyester, solid, long-sleeve, by Damon, a very common shirt). The manager said Jones was not responsible for the damage and I could get a minor refund at best. She said they would not stand behind their work if any damage happened to my clothes in the future. Just know that anything you take to Jones will not be replaced or refunded if damaged. more

I think dry cleaning is a total waste of money. But I do love Jones. I live less than a block away, its fast, its cheap, they've managed to get rid of all my stains and they have never ruined or lost any of my garments. What else could I ask for? more

Have gone to several dry cleaners here in Fresno only to have items returned with buttons missing, burn marks, or items not properly cleaned.\r Yes, Jones Cleaners is more expensive but at least the items are returned to you cleaned, all buttons still attached and beautifully pressed! \r It sure beats all the frustration of having to return the items to be re-done!!!!\r I have yet to find a middle of the line (price wise) dry cleaner who does all that Jones does and still be happy!\r Thank you, Jones Cleaners! more

I like this cleaner becuase you can drop off your cleaning through a drive through window and leave. There is no in and out of your car, you can just drop it off. more

Whats cool about these dry cleaners is that it is a drive thru. You just drive up to the doors, and an atendant will come out and pick up your clothes. more

Jones Cleaning Centers offer a complete range of services. Dry Cleaning, laundry, rugs and alterations. \r \r They are not the least expensive cleaners in the area, but everything I have sent to them came back cleaned without problems. I have used their alteration service and was extremely pleased with the quality of work. \r \r I also like the idea that you pull up under a carport and they come to you, collect from or delivery the cleaning to your car. \r \r This is a very service oriented company. more
