Dr. Leo and the staff at Jones Bridge Dental are friendly and do what it takes to make me comfortable. I had some work done today and was a bit nervous, but I'm always nervous when it comes to drilling teeth. They pay attention to the little things. For example, while I wait for the novocaine to work they set me up with glasses, a headset (so I can listen to the radio) and some laughing gas. As I was thinking about the procedure I thought I better loosen up my neck muscles because I know I'm going to tense up, so I started to massage my shoulders. Jenny saw that I was tense and came back with a warm neck pillow and placed it on my neck. Who knew that the dentists office had spa products to bring comfort to their patients.
The time came to work on my tooth and Dr. Leo worked his magic with the drill. The tooth he was working on was the last one on the top left side (which is a hard area to reach). He drilled it delicately so that he didn't cause me any discomfort to the surrounding areas. Dr. Leo and his staff always provide words of encouragment when they are working on me. Things like 'you're doing good', 'excellent' or 'we're 90% done w/drilling'. This information calms me and lets me know they care.
I believe Dr. Leo is a perfectionist because he's always checking the job is done right the first time. He believes the work should last a long time and I agree. When it comes to the cost of the treatment, the staff always provides the details I need so I understand what is covered and what's not. If you're looking for a Dentist, please try Jones Bridge Dental. They are the BEST!
