Jones Bridge Dental Care

I am saddened to say that after several loyal years as a patient, I will not be returning to Jones Bridge Dental. I referred my fianc? and his son, telling them how wonderful the service was and how this office never tried to upsell anything. We gave our insurance information several days in advance and were both told that we were all 100% covered for the new patient exams (the two of them) as well as all 3 cleanings. They did not say anything different in the 30-something minutes it took for my fianc?'s intake but when he and his son were already getting their teeth cleaned, he was told that he would need to pay over $200 for their two visits. They only had the usual 6 month services with no extras. When he called them, they said they would look into the matter but still have not bothered to call him back (it's been almost a month). I wrote an email and got a call from their staff while I was at work. When I tried calling back, she said she could not hear me, although she was on a landline and the other people I had just spoken to could hear me just fine. This was very disappointing and they have certainly lost my confidence. I will be posting similar reviews on any sites they are listed, as I would like to warn others to get their quotes in writing before going in. It may save them hundreds of dollars. more

Professional, patient, and courteous. The office and equipment are Very impressive. The fee was fair. I called on a Thursday and got in on Friday - none of this "well we're booked into next month". I've had the same dentist for 42 years and at his retirement, I didn't know where I was going to go. Luckily, I saw an ad for Jones Bridge Dental Care. If all my future visits measure up to my first, I won't be able to say enough good things about their practice! more

I can not tell enough Thank you to Dr. Leo. HE is the best doctor i have ever met. He give me confidence in my smile. He did my porcelain crowns 3 years ago. I can not tell how much complements i got since. Love it, he also saved my tooth from previous bad job done by someone else. He is the best doctor trust me because i have over 11 crowns in my mouth so i been trough a lot of doctors before. As a young child, I had a very dramatic experience at the dentist. A Doctor held me down and bruised my arm and my face trying to treat me. My mother heard me screaming and when she managed to get to me, I had an adults handprint across my face. I tell you this story because for me, going to the dentist is like going to your worst fear imaginable. I am a Professional athlete, and a veteren who was wounded in combat serving his country. And yet, the very idea of going to a dental office makes me sick from the anxiety. Its pretty bad when you had rather face death than a dental chair... Anyway, I want to tell you about the only dentist that has ever made me feel so comfortable, I feel asleep in his chair, during treatment... without sedation. Dr. Leo, is by far the kindest, most gentle man that I have ever met. He and his award winning staff made my visit to their office like a casual thing.. I was so relaxed and at ease. The work that I had done was very detailed and very personal to me. And they brought my smile back to life. The skill and professionalism of Dr. Leo and his staff is truely top of the scales. I will never go anywhere else than Jones Bridge Dental with Dr. Leo. It was amazing!! and not only did my teeth get worked on... I truely feel a weight off my shoulders from all the years of fear that I carried because of a crazy dentist when I was 7 years old. THANK YOU Dr. Leo and Oksana for the absolutely awesome work. It's been a while since I visited Jones Bridge Dental Care dentistry, yet I'm still dealing with the negative effects of my experience with the doctor. I had gone to Dr. Leo Yelizarov to replace an old crown and it took a couple of visits to get this done. Two week after the job was complete the crown fell out. I went back to the office and he replaced the crown. Again it fell out. The doctor explained that the crown fell out because of my abnormal bite, and instructed me to wear a night guard which he offered to me for several hundred dollars. I later found the same night guard at the pharmacy for $30. He then told me I would need to pay again to replace the crown or find a new dentist. I was very offended by Dr. Leo's unprofessional behavior. Not only did he do a bad job, he also scammed me out of a lot of money. I'm not usually the one to give an online review, but I felt obligated to let others know about the way this dental office conducts business. more

I had my first visit today at Jones Bridge Dental Care. I had a teeth cleaning and consultation... the moment I walked in the door I was acknowledge and my nerves put at ease. The staff is friendly and informative. It is very important to explain procedure and technique to any (nervous) patient. This is what they get an A+ for....I will refer all my friends and family. Today was my first time at Jones Bridge Dental Care, and there is definitely a higher standard here then other dentist offices that I've been too. They did everything possible to turn something that is usually unenjoyable to a very comfortable experience. I was given a welcome gift, a neck pillow, and a radio with headphones so I didn't have to hear the drilling! At my previous dentist, I noticed how uncomfortable it is to have a bright light in my eyes but at Jones Bridge Dental Care, they gave me sunglasses!! What a great idea. Most importantly, the dentist reviewed photos and x-rays with me so I have a greater understanding of what is going on with me teeth. I very much recommend and I am so thankful for their care. more

Dr. Leo and the staff at Jones Bridge Dental are friendly and do what it takes to make me comfortable. I had some work done today and was a bit nervous, but I'm always nervous when it comes to drilling teeth. They pay attention to the little things. For example, while I wait for the novocaine to work they set me up with glasses, a headset (so I can listen to the radio) and some laughing gas. As I was thinking about the procedure I thought I better loosen up my neck muscles because I know I'm going to tense up, so I started to massage my shoulders. Jenny saw that I was tense and came back with a warm neck pillow and placed it on my neck. Who knew that the dentists office had spa products to bring comfort to their patients. The time came to work on my tooth and Dr. Leo worked his magic with the drill. The tooth he was working on was the last one on the top left side (which is a hard area to reach). He drilled it delicately so that he didn't cause me any discomfort to the surrounding areas. Dr. Leo and his staff always provide words of encouragment when they are working on me. Things like 'you're doing good', 'excellent' or 'we're 90% done w/drilling'. This information calms me and lets me know they care. I believe Dr. Leo is a perfectionist because he's always checking the job is done right the first time. He believes the work should last a long time and I agree. When it comes to the cost of the treatment, the staff always provides the details I need so I understand what is covered and what's not.
