Nice to know I'm not being taken advantage of! 6/9/2011

I am a young woman and I can't tell you how many times I am been taken advantage of at other auto shops....they see me coming from a mile away. I was referred to Jones Tire & Auto Repair by a friend who had been going there for years and I can't tell you how happy I am with the service that I've received! The owner Bob is the most honest person that I've ever met. He tells it to me straight and doesn't ever recommend anything that isn't needed. Ladies out there....you can trust this shop...I promise! They are honest and their prices beat any other shop I've been to. more

Feel good about my experience with them! 6/7/2011

I recently took my Honda into Jones Auto for an alternator problem. I was surprised at how helpful they were and how quickly they were able to diagnose the problem. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need either. I was able to get all my questions answered and felt so good about my experience with them. Vickie and Bob were very friendly and I will go back in the future. more

Female friendly shop...helpful and supportive. 6/26/2009

I recently took my Honda into Jones Auto for an alternator problem. I was surprised at how helpful they were and how quickly they were able to diagnose the problem. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need either. I was able to get all my questions answered and felt so good about my experience with them. Vickie and Bob were very friendly and I will go back in the future. more

Great service for my car. I have been going to Jones Auto & Tire for so many years and followed them to their new Glendale location. I am so glad I did. I have always felt welcome and they have saved me much time and money. more

BEST AUTO SHOP EVER!! 1/29/2009

I am a young woman and I can't tell you how many times I have been taken advantage of by auto repair shops.....they see me coming from a mile away. I was referred to Jones Auto and Tire by a friend who has been getting her car serviced there for years. The owner Bob has to be the most honest man I know. He always tells me exactly what needs to be done, and doesn't recommend a service unless it is necessary. I completely trust this shop and would never take my car to another mechanic!! If you want honest, good quality work for your car go to Jones Auto and Tire!! Pros: Honest people - quality parts and work Cons: none more

Jones Auto - Where You Can Still Find Honest, Good Quality Service 9/30/2008

We have used Jones Auto and Tire Service for our automobile repair work for many years...probably over 20 years. We have always found Bob, the owner, to be courteous and accommodating, and real customer satisfaction oriented. My family has used this shop for many years. They do great work and at reasonable prices. Bob the owner is a wonderful person and an honest man. Dwayne his mechanic is the best on the planet. Bob has told me many times, "I just want you to be safe." Those who know him can tell you, he really means it. You won't go wrong having your car fixed there or getting a good deal on tires. 3 GENERATIONS OF MY FAMILY USE THIS SHOP! 9/29/2008

We have always had the very best service and reasonable prices over many years. Bob is the best. He has told me many times," I just want you to be safe." This is not just a saying to anyone who knows Bob. He means it and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, so that you can be safe on the road. My family will not go to any other shop. Bob along with Dwayne ( the best mechanic on the planet) will take the very best care of your family as they have done for mine. He has been in business in Glendale for over 40 years. Nice Guys and Gal - Good Honest Shop 9/27/2008

I have been a customer of Jones Auto and Tire for the past 17 years. They do the work on both of our cars. They have kept my 1992 Volvo running like it was new. I have found Bob, the owner, to be a wonderful, honest, and friendly person. Duane, his lead mechanic really knows his stuff. The rest of the staff both mechanics and tire guys are always helpful and friendly. My wife does not mind taking her car in when she has a question. I have recommended Jones Auto and Tire to many of the young ladies I teach with and they rave about how comfortable they feel in this shop. You can not go wrong by bringing your car to Jones Auto and Tire.\r ps .. I read the other review and cannot believe the are talking about the same place. They must have an ax to grind. more

Do NOT use this shop! 4/19/2008

Poor quality work. Unqualified mechanics. If you need someone that can diagnose and solve problems, find someone else. They recommend work that isn't necessary and they guess at solutions, all under the guise of ""saving you money."" You'll end up with a nice fat bill and nothing solved. The shop is filthy. Cons: These guys will rip you off. more
