The worst animal hospital I have ever been to. Staff are very careless and not respectful. The vet is not professional either, She checked my old dog's teeth in a mini second while he yawned. Ridiculous !!! They never got back to us about our dog's lab test. \r When we finally pushed for a report, it was strange to notice that the owner's name was one of our relatives who might have viisted there years ago....So we don;t even think that was our dog's lab test result. BTW, that cost us over $$200. \r Got to Summit, Northend, Chambers Creek....they are way way better in so many ways. more

Dr. Mike has been our vet of choice for several decades. We have just rescued a Havanese from the Humane Society; and took her here for her check up. I didn't see Dr. Mike (Jones), but the vet we saw was kind to our dog, showed concern for her fears, and did a thorough exam.\r \r I like Dr. Mike and will return to him again and again because of his expertise and professionalism. His staff is fine, I have had occasion when they were terse, but perhaps they had been having a tough day. \r \r I never wait more than about 15 min. I like that. The floor is pet friendly and can be cleaned if there is an accident. (seen that several times). Location is good, parking can be problematic, as it is right on the edge of a street that can be busy. But I usually get a spot near the door.\r \r I am taking our Dhoki Apso in for an ear cleaning later this month. They now require payment up front. I went to this vet several times. They seemed OK and were conveniently close. I needed to board 2 animals and needed a health certificate to fly my puppy who they have seen since I bought her. Last minute ,(the day before my trip) they called giving me 5 minutes to rush my pets to board(a dog and bearded dragon ) and said they couldn't do my puppy's certificate .. meaning i had to find a vet last minute. I hurried and left the 2 animals I had scheduled and when i returned in a week they didn't bath my dog like a filled out on paperwork and said they forgot to take the stool sample from my bearded dragon. My dogs nose was bleeding and said they never noticed. I will never go to this vet again and felt very bad that i left my animals with these people. Button vet was able to take me for the health certificate and had excellent RELIABLE service. more

Jones Animal Hospital is always very helpful and squeezes us in last minute when needed. The biggest complaint I have is not always seeing the same person. I have been going there for five years and do not know who "Jones" is. more
