Had two broken springs on two separate garage doors, called for quote, Brandy was polite and helpful, scheduled an on site, free quote within 2 hours. Troy was on time and courteous, reviewed my situation and provided a very competitive quote, about 10% to 20% less than 3 other places. He finished up in about an hour or so, two fully functioning doors, adjusted and serviced. more

When I called this company, they told me a time and they were here when they said they would be. They accessed the damage, gave me a quote and the price did not change. They worked quickly and told me which parts were warrantied (Life Time warranty on most parts) They were polite, and extremely professional. I will be recommending this company to all my friends. more

Luis from FCD came out to replace a spring. Luis immediately began the up sale with how junkie our current garage door was. In an effort to avoid any misunderstanding I made it very clear he was there to replace the spring, that is it. I explained that I was going to upgrade to a commercial door and do a cedar face on the front of it but not until next year. Luis has a problem letting things go but he eventually went and fixed the spring. Afterward Luis made my wife very uncomfortable by attacking my vision for our door and trying to point out the negatives of doing so. He basically would not shut up. He made my wife very uncomfortable. Next day I called around and what they charged was minimum 100 high, two of the people I called were 200 less. I called FCD and no luck just more of Luis arguing the merits of a cedar door with me. Luis also told us that the two springs would provide additional capacity but I looked up the part today and the two he installed barely equal the one we had. In my opinion, besides being disrespectful, we were over charged and did not get what was promised. I have filed a report with the BBB and am considering small claims court. more

I called Family Christian Doors because my garage door wouldn't open. They said someone would call within 2 hours. At that time it was about 5:45 in the evening on a Saturday. Within about 10-15 minutes Trey called and said he would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Trey was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had the new parts installed, everything tuned up and he was finished by 7:05 pm. That's EXCELLENT service. We had never had a problem with the garage door before but if we ever do or if any of our friends ask we will definitely use/recommend Family Christian Doors. more

I purchased a garage tune-up deal through Living Social & when I called to schedule my appointment, I talked to Brandy, who was extremely nice & willing to accommodate my schedule. Two days later, Troy Reiter, the technician came out, very professional & nice. He took the time to thoroughly go over my whole system with me! I was so impressed with this because he had to repeat some things to me because I am very analytical. Troy is very smart & knows a lot about garage door systems. My system is 13 years old & I'd never had it serviced before. I had Troy to install new nylon 11 ball bearing rollers & I could tell the difference in the noise level right away! Troy also lubricated the moving parts & showed me how there was an empty light bulb space in my Lift Master system that I'd never known was there & I'd never used before! This was truly a good experience for me & I would highly recommend Family Christian Doors to anyone needing their garage door system serviced or a new system. Called to make an appointment after reading good reviews online. Was able to get a same-day visit and technician Troy arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He completed a 2-door roller replacement and tune-up in an hour. This company is Christian in name and in deed. We got an honest assessment, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Very refreshing in a world where many service companies want to upsell and just get in and out. We will use Family Christian Doors for the foreseeable future...but they did such a great job, we don't anticipate many repairs down the road! more

My garage door roller broke while door was half way open. Called FCD and Brandi was able to contact a technician who could service the door this same day! Troy called within minutes to give me an estimated time of arrival later in the day and called again while actually in route. Door repaired as promised.
