Mike the service manager @ Jonathan motors is not to be trusted. He quoted me a price higher then the Mercedes dealership which made me very suspicious of his character and business integrity. When I confronted him about it he couldn't explain why. If you plan to take your car to Jonathan Motors for service please get a quote from your car's manufacture before going there and compare. \r \r I also discovered that my friends had similar bad experiences with Mike and his sneaky tactics. \r more

New Jersey's Finest 7/28/2011

I needed to trade out of my vehicle which I purchased new a few years earlier, to reduce my monthly payment. I realized that I owed more than the car was worth, and also had the fear of purchasing a used vehicle and not knowing the history. So one day while traveling on Route 130 S which i have done a thousand times before coming from Willingboro, I saw a vehicle on the lot at Jonathan Motors. It was a Sunday afternoon and the dealership was closed so I decided to return on Monday. To my surprise I was greeted and immediately treated with respect and professionalism, the entire experience was such a pleasure! I met the owner Andy Arnold and he told me about the repairs made to the vehicle QX56 Infiniti, Andy said he wants his vehicles to be safe for all. 2 years later I'm a completely satisfied and loyal customer and will only buy my vehicles from Jonathan Motors, the service department is second to none!! Service manager Mike and his team ""get it right"" always. Jonathan Motors knows how to over deliver, I recommend anyone that's in the market for a used vehicle to visit Jonathan Motors then you can write the next review. I got the vehicle I wanted, the payment I needed and the service after the sale that we all deserve! more

Jonathan Motor Cars is a Great Source for Premium Autos! 9/2/2009

I had purchased a Lexus LS 430, in July 2009 from Jonathan Motor Cars. The experience overall, was smooth sailing. I had one minor issue during the 1st few weeks. It was easy to schedule and I was completely satisfied. I have recommended other buyers to consider Jonathan as a better alternative vs. Authorized dealers. We can both agree, there is no no opportunity to save at large mega dealers such as Lexus or BMW in Mt. Laurel. more

It was easy to schedule and I was completely satisfied. I have recommended other buyers to consider Jonathan as a better alternative vs. Authorized dealers. Peace of Mind 7/22/2009

Of all the car dealerships that I have tried, this one is by far the best. They are not pushy, everybody's laid back, so you feel comfortable knowing that they are giving you an honest answer. I have had my car for awhile now, and have experienced no problems. If you want a vehicle that is in great condition and is mechanically sound, this is the first place to go. more

Jonathan Motor Cars is awesome! 6/27/2009

If you want to buy a car in an environment that not pressuring or abrasive, this is the place. I bought a BMW from them recently, and they were so helpful in getting me whatever I needed. The car was flawless, plus I got floor mats, a full detail, and tires for free. The people there were extremely nice as well. In terms of car dealerships this place is a breath of fresh air. There are no worries, they guarantee inspection, and they put the money into the car so the customer doesn't have to. more

If you are consider doing business with this dealer, I sincerely urge you to have the vehicle checked by another mechanic. I brought a beautiful car from them ... but I have had problems and later found out that they were not completely honest when selling the car. Being a Christian owned business is what hurt the worse. They didn't even try to rectify most of the problems. There were bad tires and bad breaks, and the car was in need of an alignment. They were aware of all this and failed to disclose when the car was purchased. My decision would have been different had I known. more
