Jolly's Jewelers and Silversmiths

Although the store was extreamly beautiful and the staff was very friendly the day I walked in to see how much it would cost to get my grandmothers wedding ring fixed they definently did NOT have good costumer service they had my ring for over 2 weeks and I never recieved any calls from them with a price even after I called on 3 differant days and was promised a call back the next day still nothing, finally I went back to the store to just pick up the ring and was horrified to find out they could not find the ring and were not sure what had happened to it luckly the next day they figured out were it was and I was able to pick it up but was never told they were sorry or for that matter never even given a price to fix it. Never the less I would think twice before dropping my jewerlery off at Jolly's. more

Jolly's Jewelers is family owned and operated. They have been in business for well over one hundred years and the store is still being run by the original family. Jolly's offers one of a kind designer jewels, loose stones, jewelry repair, custom designing of rings and other items, appraisals and watch repair. more

This store has a nice selection of fine jewelry and they also have some loose stones available. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful though they did not have what we were looking for. The prices are a bit high. A good choice when looking for something special. The store has moved from its Cameron Village location to The Lassiter at North Hills. Would visit again. more
