Jolie Salon & Day Spa

Extremely overpriced in my opinion and the service is no better than much less expensive places I have tried. I did not appreciate being "upsold" on additional services multiple times during my haircut/style. I won't be going back. Very uncomfortable. more

My husband gave me a Spa Finder gift card for my first mother's day. I decided to try Jolie for a day of beauty since I heard only wonderful things about it. I loved my experience from the phone conversation, to my arrival, to my services, and then check out! Very professional and talented! I highly recommend Jolie! Thanks Hubby!!! more

I visit Jolie fairly regularly for facials. I have enjoyed my facials from all but one of the estheticians. Most seem to be very well informed and helpful, recommending overall routines that would help my skin, rather than individual products they sell. more

i cannot comment on other services that Jolie offers, but I had a horrible wax experience. it was the first time I was at Jolie, and at first I was impressed with the size of the salon and the appearance of the spa rooms. I was walked back to a very relaxing area with teas and fruits. That's where the good feeling ended. Instead of taking me into one of the relaxing looking spa rooms, I was taken into a florescent lit, tiny room labeled "employee only" and there I laid on a medical office table-like bed, lined flushed with the wall, while the "aestician" pulled along a metal cart with a pot of wax covered in dripping wax. What's worse still was that after I explained that I wanted a Brazilian with a small strip of hair left, I was SHOCKED to find that I was left hairless. HAIRLESS. I've had many waxes before, and even though none of them were fun this one was a real nightmare. You are here by forewarned. more

I have a very stressful job that requires me to travel extensively all over the country. I often hit spas in different areas to relieve stress. Jolie was recommended to me by several colleagues in the area. I have to say that this is by far the best experience I have had in recent years. The massage was fabulous and I decided to book a facial for the next day when I found out that they use all medically based products. I felt like a new person after my visits there. The esthetician was so knowledgeable and my skin has never looked better. Everyone was so friendly and the salon and spa are beautiful and so clean. They are organized and really know how to roll out the red carpet for their clients. I can't wait to go back. It is heaven on earth. more

What a great experience. I just moved into town with my girlfriend and faced the ultimate dilemma...How can I find a new stylist for her in the suburbs of Philadelphia??? She works long hours so I had to try and help her out. After calling Citrus and other local spas...trust me, it wasn't an easy interview for the spas. I asked questions about experience level, styles of cuts, cost and was testing them for friendliness and service while keeping them on the phone. After some debate within the staff the team at Jolie picked Chloe. My girlfriend who is a smoking hot 42 year old had a dated cut, her new friends around here were even teasing her about it. On top of it my girlfriend trained for two years in Europe as a hair stylist and is EXTREMELY picky. Not only was I risking a bad cut, but the potential of her being really mad when she returned home. To make a long story bearable, Chloe did an AMAZING job!!! She performed a trendy razor cut that makes my beautiful girlfriend even better. I swear it looks like ten years has been added to her life. On top of it, I believe the cost of the cut was extremely competitive, I would have paid double, knowing how much confidence it has given my girlfriend. The service of the staff was incredible. From the moment she walked in she felt comfortable, they were very accomidating. Thank you Jolie for being patient with my "interviewing" process and thank you for putting a huge smile on my ladies face...I'm gonna be gettin' me some tonite!!! My first time experience at Jolie was with Chloe for a cut and color. Not only did she have superb attention to detail, I walked away with a working knowledge on how to style it. The cut and color was a significant change for me but she made the process seem like a breeze! I received so many compliments and am very satisfied with my experience. more

Beware Ladies Over the summer I paid $800 for MaryAnn to put extentions in my hair that I had to sit in a chair for over 6 hours. A few days later they began to fall out. They fell out faster than it took MaryAnn to put them in. Now my hair is so brittle and damaged from the extentions that I have had to get several inches cut off the length of my hair. I would not recommend anyone going in for extentions! I don't know what happened to this spa recently, but, management and service has definately gone downhill! I loved everything about this first class Salon. The stylists are great and the place is wonderful. The prices are great also as is the parking. Great find for anyone. Pros: Everything here was just so excellent more

I've been here for haircuts and massages. I love the front desk and the way they provide service. When I came in for my massage I had the first morning appointment. I was a little disappointed that they were a little disorganized for my arrival. I was early and waited for a while for my therapist (who hadn't arrived at work yet). No harm, no foul. I know people run late. My massage was great. It was right before my wedding and I really needed to relax. I was disappointed that there wasn't a shower or an offering of one. I had to go to lunch feeling oily. Overall I think it's a great place. I would probably get my massage somewhere else and stay there for my hair more

This was a real bonus to my stay in Blue Bell. I had a bad experience at another local Spa and then went here to see what a real Spa is all about. The services were great (especially the Russian massage). The staff was quite friendly, and parking was abundant. more
