I went to JoJo's this morning with my wife because a friend had recommended the coffee. The entire experience was disappointing. When we entered the place, the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge us. We stood while she made coffee for about three minutes. Mind you, I have no problem waiting while someone does their job, but a simple 'hello' or 'welcome' goes a long way. When we finally got to order, my wife asked for two cappuccinos, and before she could even tell her what size we wanted, the woman behind the counter raised her hands in the air as if to say ""aren't you fogetting something?"" and with impatient, raised eyebrows rudely asked ""what size?"" She acted as if she was doing us the world's greatest favor by making our coffee. As we waited for our coffee, we watched her deal with several other customers in the same way. We finally got our coffee, which was mediocre. We will never return and I'd suggest you don't bother if you haven't already. It is shocking that this place is in business.
