Evidently these individuals never had to deal with the owner or have a problem. I took my 2005 Jeep Wrangler in to get a transmission rebuilt. It took them almost 5 weeks to install the transmission after being told it would only take a week.. He called and advised the Jeep was ready to pick up. Paid him $1900. Went to pick the vheicle up and started to leave parking lot and it started making a weird noise. Took it back in and was told by the owner to drive it for two- three weeks it would probably correct itself. We drove it over the weekend and the noise got louder and louder. We took the Jeep back and left it and it took them another week to check it out and that is only because I questioned the owner about why it was taking so long. He advised he was running behind. He was still saying we needed to drive it a couple of weeks. My husband has been a mechanic all his life. He told the service manager exactly what was wrong and we were not driving it because it would damage the tramission .After another week and another conversation with Mr. Johnson we get a call the next day that they miracously found the problem. They had to put a cooling coil to bypass my radiator because of some type of problem. By now we are getting a little furious. This Jeep did not come from the factory with this type of equipment, so in our mind he created the problem and had to install it. We were advised upfront we did not have to pay for this. Once I questioned him, and told him I was not very happy with this, he advised then I could just pay for it and if I didn't he would hold my Jeep. After careful consideration, we advised him to remove the part because it was not factory installed and we were not going to pay him one red cent. He did not get our approval to install this coil and we would come by to pick it up. He would not remove the coil because it would cause damage to the transmission and he knows it is under warranty. His service manager told me I could pick my Jeep up and there would be no charge. When we picked up the Jeep there was a note from Mr Johnson saying he was sorry he got angy. The reason he got angry is because I said he jerry rigged my vehicle and that is exactly what he did to remedy a problem that they caused.\r

At the same time we also had our Dodge Durango there for repairs. Picked it up and the lights were flasing advising there was a problem. No one had even noticed. They created that problem also. At that time we had two vehicles in their shop and no transportation.\r

We have paid them almost $4,000 over the past 5 weeks for services. I would think a customer would be treated alot better than what we were treated. Take my advise and do not take your vehicle to him to be repaired. \r

All the other employees were wonderful and tried to get this problem corrected.\r
