While I am usually a big supporter of local businesses and try to give them more slack, I have been disappointed time after time with Johnson's for all different reasons. The past few times, I have had great difficulty finding someone with knowledge of plants in the store. The next time, I was charged twice for a very expensive flowering plant and didn't realize until I got home (the bill seemed high, even higher than Johnson's usual high prices). The final time, I was returning a PH meter that didn't work, and instead of giving me a credit they charged me. Again I didn't realize until I got home. Very sloppy customer service.
