More interested in selling you a new TV, then repairing yours.\r \r Did not call back, I had to call them.\r \r Unable to do the repair, even after they said they would be able to. \r \r Stay away, you are better off finding someone in Greensboro. They are just interested in collecting the $100 for their service call and diagnosis. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. more

Very professional 11/18/2005

the service man came out while my wife was at home and he was very informative. He even called me at work to tell me that we needed to take it to someone who covered the waranty. He helped my wife research who that was and he went well above the call to help her. He was very friendly and polite and I will definitely use him again. more
