Johnson Ranch Vet Clinic 2/25/2011

Johnson Ranch has taken excellent care of our pets for over 10 years. Dr. Karen has always gone out of her way to help us manage our pets health issues. ""Over the top"" is the only way to describe the level of care we have received from both Dr. Karen and Dr. Jill. They treat our pets as if they were their own and have shown such empathy and compassion with our pets as they have grown older. My daughter comes from the Bay Area with her cats because she knows that Johnson Ranch is ethical, honest, caring, and extremely competent when it comes to maintaining her pets health care needs. We are so lucky to have Dr. Karen, Dr. Jill and their wonderful staff! more

I really like Johnson Ranch Veterinarian Clinic 4/19/2010

We have been going to JR vet for over 7 years. Its a busy, loving, clinic, with extended hours, they work hard to get you in, and treat your pet as if they were part of their family. Pros: Good Appointment Access more

Most Compassionate Vets 3/17/2010

We started using Dr Karen and Dr Jill since December 2009. We've brought many dogs here since. Dr Karen and Dr Jill are the most compassionate vets we have ever had the pleasure to work with. They always take the time to explain things to us, accommodate any emergencies, and making sure our dogs get the care they need. They truly care about the well-being of our dogs. Best Vet Service Ever 3/8/2010

I was very surprised to see the negative post. I have 6 cats and 2 dogs and they all see Dr. Jill or Dr. Karen. These are the best vets I have had throughout my years of owning pets. Their staff is very knowledgable, caring, and friendly. The other viewer must have really misintrepreted or had an extremely rare visit. I truly have had no one better. Pros: extreme kindness Cons: Absolutely None more

There are more caring vets in the Roseville and Granite Bay area than this one 6/2/2008

I had used this hospital for years. I walked in without an appointment when the office opened first thing in the am. My dog could not open one of his eyes. I was treated very coldly due to not having an appointment. The Dr. would not even give me ten seconds of her time. It was upsetting to be treated without compassion for my pet. When she arrived I was told to hide in a room because my dog would upset her dogs that she was bringing to work with her. My dog is a little miniature terrier.\r Also, the past few times I had brought my dog in I felt the treatment was incomplete and again uncaring. My dog had an ear problem and his ear was very dirty. My husband was told to buy ear wash and our dog was given back to us with his dirty ear.\r more
