Recently relocated to HP from Raleigh/Durham. Seasoned OR nurse/Risk Management nurse w/ 30+years. Recently had Cervical fusion of neck. Requested Dr. Miller, as I am extremely knowledgeable regarding my medical needs/neurological needs. Duke Hosptial surgeon/doc faxed medical record to Johnson Neurological Clinic. more
