Best

Always exceeds out expectations

Worst

2 hours for an oil change for which I scheduled an appointment is way too long. Could have gone somewhere more convenient for 1/2 the $ and 1/5 the time.

Hyundai Experience 1/3/2011

Even as important as it is that the vehicle is well made and expertly finished, just as important is the price. Most important however is the wonderful way Johnson Hyundai represented the Brand and treated us throughout the whole vehicle purchase. They made it all so easy. more

BEST experience 1/2/2011

This by far was the best experience that I have had in buying a new vehicle! The Johnson Hyundai dealership never pressured me in any way and were extremely accommodating when it came to viewing the inventory and answering all my questions. I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends. the entire process could not have been any easier or simpler. It was the fastest purchase I have ever been a part of from start to finish. I absolutely love my 2011 Genesis 4.6. What a quality vehicle for a reasonable price in today's market place. This car has converted a BMW owner for sure. more

Johnson Hyundai, my family dealer 10/25/2010

I am thrilled with my new family dealer, Johnson Hyundai. It is not an exaggeration to say that I couldn't be happier with the way the staff handles things. I really enjoyed the experience with Johnson Hyundai. That's unusual for me.. I don't normally enjoy shopping for a car! I give my strongest recommendation for Hyundai in general and Johnson Hyundai in particular. more

Great Dealership 7/26/2010

I am a longtime repeat customer of Johnson Hyundai and I can not say enough good things about this dealership! Everything from the reception desk to the business manager has been excellent. I am hooked for life and I will continue to do my buying here. Pros: Friendly and helpful sales people Cons: none! more

they said it was just the beginning 7/21/2009

As the two previous posters, I came in and knew the exact car I wanted. I told the salesman to show me where to sign because I wanted to buy that car right away. Two and a half hours later (of sitting by myself, mind you-- my salesman was no where to be found despite the fact that there was only ONE other customer in the entire building), I finally get to the finance department where the finance manager proceeds to try and convince me to finance through them, not my bank. Fine, this all I could deal with if my salesman wasn't practically half asleep and couldn't answer half my questions about the car. It was BRAND NEW, how do you not know anything about it? I would have even preferred one of those pesky wont-leave-you-alone salesmen to this entirely comatose idiot. Still bought the car though-- unfortunately there's not another dealership for hours-- and love it. I just hate the dealership. Pros: good deal on the price Cons: incompetance of entire staff, slow more

Out for Themselves 4/9/2009

Like the previous poster, I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately unlike the previous poster, I didn't walk away when I heard ""this is a rare find"" and ""OMG, this will sell fast."" I felt manipulated on the price, up-sales of useless add-ons, and the financing. Now that I have an issue with the vehicle, they aren't able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. Why should they? They already got my money. I have learned a hard and bitter lesson and won't return to this dealership again. Pros: Good Inventory Supply Cons: Manipulative tactics, Unavailable for service more

Beware of the Badgers 12/18/2007

We knew what we wanted and were ready to purchase. When we sat down to negotiate, it became very clear that they were trying to rip us off (How is a rebate a deal when in the end the rebate amount is being added back on to the finance amount? To me that sounds more like I am giving myself a cash advance) After saying thanks but no thanks they came up with all kinds of stuff to keep us at the dealership. They advertise the ""no badger"" policy, but that is exactly what they are doing. We ended up buying elsewhere. Pros: nice new dealership Cons: no inventory, questionable negotiating sceems more
