Would it have been too much to be greeted with a smile and a pleasant, helpful attitude, rather than, ""What are you here for?"" and a completely blank countenance and seeming irritation with us? Would it have been problem to speak up so we could hear you? It hurts to part with a great deal of money to license a new car, and would it have hurt you or your world to greet your customer with a smile and common courtesy?
