I must say that his young, handsome appearance was somewhat shocking at first but, his sincerety & concern for his patients really is a breath of fresh air. I was in & out of ICU for a month before I could get anyone to take me serious that my transplanted kidney needed to be removed. Dr. Tongco came highly recommened by one of my nephrologists. As soon as he spoke to me the first time he had my trust. He actually listened to what I had to say. He removed the kidney & I believe saved my life. I am forever greatful. I would recommend him to everyone. It is so nice to have a doctor that listens to his patients & treats them so nice.
