I took my vehicle to Johnson Auto Body on the advice of my insurance company. The customer service I received there was HORRIBLE. Employees never contacted me to give me updates on the progress on my vehicle, gave me vague answers when I called, and gave me three different completion dates, none of which were accurate. My vehicle was also returned to me with evidence of employees driving my car for personal use. Dirt, mud prints, grease on the seats and ceiling, etc. In addition, adjustments were made to settings inside the car that should not have been necessary for the type of repair being done. Their customer relations department is a joke. Find another body shop for your repairs...all you will get with this one is problems.
