DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD. Promised to replace a tree he damaged in the process of removing a tree. Gave me his word he would take care of it, so I paid him in full. I have contacted him numerous times. Makes promises but does not follow through. I have never rated a company before, but hopefully I have saved someone else the headaches. I am very disappointed in John's Tree Service and the fact that he lied to me. There are other companies available that are more reputable. He gets work by low bidding but you get what you pay for. more

this guys hasnt changed. hes still ripping off people. DONT PAY HIM UP FRONT. he will not finish the job. call the attorney generals office to file complaints. more

Hired to remove several trees. Paid half the fee after one day of work. promised to return the following Monday to finish the job. Has never returned to finish the job. Keeps making promises but never shows up. Stay away from this company. more

When my dad needed to get some large trees cut down, he contacted John's Tree Service. They were very prompt in coming by and giving him an estimate. This company has over twenty-six years of experience and they are highly-recommended. Dad had compared rates with other services, but he got the best deal with them. They were able to cut, trim, top the trees and remove another tree all in the same day. They also grinded up his branches and leaves to make him mulch! They even painted the bottom of his trees and said they would return in three months to see how everything was going. John's Tree Service is a very professional company which has licensed and insured employees. If you need your hedge trimmed or your fruit trees pruned or your yard fertilized, they can do it all! more

This company should be the last tree service to call if you need work done. They never show up on time or the day they say they would. Complain to them and they say it is your fault. One morning on a Sunday they called said they were in the area and if I have cash, they will be right out to my house, I was just getting just ready for Church. I declined and told them to never call me again.... I have asked around town and many people have had the similar things happen to them too. more
